Aaron Ford started Ford Concrete Construction in 2014 with a straightforward philosophy: do what you say you're going to do. No excuses, no missed calls, no surprises on the invoice.
Eleven years later, that philosophy hasn't changed. What has changed is the scale. What started as a one-person operation pouring residential driveways in Independence now runs a crew of about 13 concrete professionals handling everything from backyard patios to 100,000+ square-foot warehouse floors for national brands.
