Because we self-perform the ground work through the finish flatwork, the subgrade and the slab that sits on it stay under one point of accountability. No coordination gap between an excavation sub and a flatwork sub, and no finger-pointing when a slab cracks over fill somebody else placed.

Concrete sits on the critical path more often than any other site trade — a late foundation pushes steel, and a late slab pushes every interior finish behind it. We hold the date by pulling load-transfer dowels, grade beams, and slab pours in the right sequence, coordinating with the steel and MEP undergrounds before we form, and cylinder-testing structural pours so nobody waits on a strength question. On the industrial floor side that includes FF/FL flatness targets verified before you set racking.
